We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To be fair to our clients and our team, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be rescheduled, and you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
